It all started with a dream and some traditional family recipes, back in 1975. Matthew “Matt” Criscuolo, started Rowayton Pizza after having worked in a pizza restaurant in Bronx, New York. He and his two brothers, natives of Amalfi, Italy, came to america in the ’50’s with a dream. After 40 years, the Criscuolo family is still leading the industry with forward thinking ideas like, certified organics, pesticide free meats, gluten free pizza and pasta, and so much more.
